We source only IS:2062 grade mild steel from certified steel mills. Every batch of raw material is tested for tensile strength, yield strength, and chemical composition before being accepted into our manufacturing unit.
Our CNC cutting machines ensure precise dimensions for every scaffolding pipe, coupler, and accessory. Precise dimensions are critical for safe assembly on construction sites.
Skilled welders with years of experience in scaffolding fabrication handle all welding operations. Weld quality is inspected at multiple checkpoints during the process.
All scaffolding products undergo surface treatment including shot blasting, primer coating, and either electrostatic powder coating or hot-dip galvanizing. This protects against rust and ensures a long service life even in harsh weather conditions.
